Casey Platkin
Casey is a senior from the San Francisco Bay Area studying Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor Law & Society. Outside of KAPi, he is a member of Scheinman Conflict Resolution Club, the Cornell Workplace Review, Student Assembly, LOGOS Philosophy Journal, and Delta Chi. Off-campus, he has interned in various governmental and research positions, including the U.S. Senate HELP Committee and Economic Policy Institute. Casey also spent his junior year abroad at the University of Oxford studying Politics and Philosophy, where he ran the university’s undergraduate political theory journal and rowed for the Lady Margaret Hall Boat Club. Currently, Casey is writing his senior honors thesis about the erosion of internal labor markets. His academic interests center around legal theory, labor law, and economic sociology.
