Ekaavli is a sophomore studying Environment & Sustainability and Spanish from Holden, Massachusetts. She spent this past summer as an undergraduate research assistant in a marine ecology lab, furthering her aspirations to work in ecology and conservation--and, one day, international environmental law.
On campus, Ekaavli is a member of the Cornell University Parole Initiative, junior captain for Cornell Big Red Raas, PR chair for Sabor Latino Dance Troupe, and a volunteer with Anabel's Grocery. In her free time, you might find Ekaavli playing tennis, baking, or reading yet another bad romance novel.
