Max Birner

Max is a junior from Denver, Colorado majoring in Government in the College of Arts & Sciences. He is particularly interested in healthcare transactions and corporate finance. This past summer, he worked in DLA Piper’s Banking and Finance and Employment practice groups as a Raja Gaddipati Fellow. He previously served as a legislative intern in the U.S. Senate, supporting policy research related to the Commerce and HELP Committees. While not locked up in MVR, Max is probably following the Oscar race or begging the Alpha Delta class to watch a horror movie.
