Bowen Valery

Bowen is a junior from Baltimore, MD, in the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning, majoring in Urban and Regional Studies with interests in real estate, finance, and law. He is particularly interested in real estate investing and the intersection of public policy, capital markets, and the built environment. Last summer, Bowen worked on the Real Assets investment team at the Virginia Retirement System and participated in the Artemis Real Estate Partners Summer Enrichment Program. Outside of KAPi, he is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Development and Investment Trust, Cornell Club Lacrosse, and serves as President of Sigma Pi. In his free time, you can find him playing lacrosse, following real estate markets, traveling, and spending time with friends.
